Getting support is simple


Shoot us a note

  • Email automatically creates a support ticket
  • All emails on distribution will be included on ticket updates
  • By default team members will only receive information on tickets that they create or tickets where they are included as addressee’s

  • Create an account in the support portal by signing up here
  • If you have already emailed us but have not yet logged into the support portal, create a password by clicking this link.
  • Support is notified once a ticket is created in the portal
